All file conversion, formatting, and parsing happens entirely inside your web browser using client-side JavaScript. Your files are:
This is not a marketing claim — it is an architectural fact. The tool pages contain no server-side code, no API endpoints that receive file data, and no upload mechanisms of any kind.
If you enter a Pro license key, it is sent to Gumroad's verification API (api.gumroad.com) solely to confirm its validity. We receive only a success/fail response and the product name. The key itself is stored in your browser's localStorage so you don't have to re-enter it on every visit. We never store your key on any server.
PrivBatch loads the following resources from third-party CDNs to power its tools. These requests are made by your browser and are subject to those providers' own privacy policies:
PrivBatch sets no cookies. We use browser localStorage only to remember your license key between sessions. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted.
Since PrivBatch processes no personal data on any server and transmits no user data to any third party (other than license key validation as described above), there is no data processing agreement required for use of PrivBatch's tools.
Business tier users can download a GDPR compliance certificate (Article 25 — Privacy by Design) from within any batch tool after conversion.
